Ben is an experienced strategic and operational executive with full P&L oversight of technology-enabled environments that have grown rapidly while navigating complex regulatory and competitive markets.
Ben Roberts is currently President at OfficePartners360 (OP360), a digital customer experience outsourcing company based in the USA with eight delivery centers across Colombia, India, and the Philippines, totaling 3500+ staff worldwide.
Previously, Ben spent 10 years at Conversion Partners, a boutique PE firm, and its portfolio company Ultimate Medical Academy (UMA) in roles of progressive management responsibility, most recently Chief of Staff and VP Finance/Operations. Reporting directly to the CEO/COO, he was part of the core team to launch an online learning division and then later acquire three Continuing Medical Education (CME) companies to reach 2600 staff, 16K active online students, 60K graduates, and 50K annual physicians worldwide.
Personal
Born in Georgetown, Washington, DC, and raised in Westchester County, NY, Ben currently splits his time between the USA, Colombia, India, and the Philippines.
Aside from being passionate about digital transformation and online education, Ben enjoys health and fitness, rowing, wake boarding, kite surfing and scuba diving. An avid traveler, he also enjoys back-country skiing and inshore/offshore fishing.
In his spare time, Ben also closely follows personal finance and investing topics and enjoys exchanging ideas with others. Ben made the plunge into the crypto world in early 2017 and remains a proud ‘hodler’ of more than 30 different cryptocurrencies.
During his singing career that spanned from middle school through college, Ben had the opportunity to sing for three U.S. presidents and perform on four continents. Ben continues to sing with several alumni groups to this day and frequently travels back to his alma mater to sing old Wesleyan black book songs.
