BUSINESS

Ben Roberts is an operations and customer experience executive with deep experience leading large-scale teams, transforming service delivery models, and building high-performance global organizations. He has spent his career helping multiple companies rapidly scale 10x while navigating complex regulatory, competitive, and technology-driven environments.

More recently, Ben serves as President & COO of OfficePartners360 (OP360), a digital customer experience and outsourcing company with delivery operations across Colombia, India, and the Philippines and more than 4,000 employees worldwide. He oversees global P&L, operations, workforce strategy, client delivery, and organizational growth during a period of significant growth and geo expansion.

Prior to OP360, Ben spent a decade in online allied health education and digital transformation at Ultimate Medical Academy (UMA), rising through progressively senior roles including Chief of Staff and Vice President of Finance & Operations. He helped build UMA’s online division from zero, scaling operations to support thousands of employees and tens of thousands of learners, and manage mergers and integrations of multiple Continuing Medical Education businesses.

PERSONAL

Ben splits his time between the United States, Colombia, India, and the Philippines, reflecting his passion for global cultures and international business. Outside of work, he is dedicated to health and fitness, enjoys rowing, wakeboarding, kitesurfing, and scuba diving, and spends time skiing and inshore/offshore fishing.

He is deeply interested in economics, healthcare/legal, gaming, emerging tech, digital assets, personal finance, and the intersection of AI and customer experience (CX). Ben also maintains a lifelong love of music, having performed as a choral and a cappella singer from childhood through college and continuing to perform with alumni groups.
